tahini-less lemony hummus

 I do not like tahini and this makes a great hummus. It disappears at parties.

1 can (15 ounce) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon jarred garlic (the fresh is too sharp)
2 tablespoons olive oil, good quality
½ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
3 tablespoons cold water or as needed

Add everything to a blender cup and blend until smooth. You may need to add more water to make it as smooth as you like.
